A NEW FRESH UPDATE FOR Baydreamer - (more photos coming)
Bay Dreamer is new to the holiday rental market and has been updated with fresh paint throughout, new polished timber floors in the kitchen and dining room, new carpet in the lounge and all 3 bedrooms.

With filtered water views over the bay. From the lounge room you look out over the bay out to Point Perpendicular.
A 5 minute stroll will have you on the white sands. So even though Bay Dreamer is an older style property it is very well maintained and has been given a new lease of life and is looking and feeling great.
A brand new king bedroom suite fits spaciously into the master bedroom which over looks the leafy back yard.
A large second bedroom has to new single beds which can be made up as a king bed and the 3rd bedroom fits a double bed.
All bed covers, pillows, mattress protectors and quilts are all new as well.

There is one spacious bathroom with a shower and bath.
A second shower is located off the laundry and off the carport is a second toilet.

The kitchen has an electric stove top and oven, there is also a microwave and dishwasher. Hot water is serviced by an instant gas hot water system – never run out of hot water.
There are new ceiling fans in the lounge, dining and 2 of the bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a free standing fan. The house also gets the beautiful summer sea breeze flowing through. Outside areas There is front porch area at the entrance into Bay Dreamer

Hyams Beach Café is a leisurely stroll for great coffee, breakfast, lunch and also dinner on weekends and peak season.

    Standard Check in is 2pm
    Standard Check out is 10am – except for Sunday which is 2pm
    The times will be on your arrival email.

    Linen is provided – sheets, pillowcases, quilts, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats & face cloths. Extra blankets are provided.
