SEA DECK is centrally positioned in Hyams Beach and is only metres away from the main beach and the local cafe. With spectacular views over Jervis Bay and Point Perpendicular from both levels you will be spoilt for choices of where to enjoy the views. Park the car and walk everywhere.

The house is very spacious with open living and high ceilings throughout.

The large well stocked kitchen is central to the downstairs level and leads out to the large back yard with the outside entertaining area. A 10 seater table and chairs and a Weber BBQ provide the perfect shaded area to entertain.

The dining room is positioned in between the kitchen and lounge room and water views can be taken in from either.

Both bathrooms have rain showers and are very spacious.

Upstairs is 3 bedrooms and a large living area and verandah that have beautiful views over Hyams and the Bay.

PARKING - 4 Cars

HEATING / COOLING - reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the house.

LINEN - quality linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring beach towels

CHECK IN - 3pm
CHECK OUT - 10am Sundays - 2pm

MINIMUM STAY - standard 2 nights | long weekends 3 nights | Easter 4 nights | Dec / Jan school holidays 7 nights

Sea Deck is located amongst residential houses.
We do not approve bookings for weddings, hens or buck nights or any parties.
If you are booking this property please take the above into consideration as we enforce our no party no noise policies.
