FOOTPRINTS is a beautifully designed and built 4 bedroom home with views over Jervis Bay and Point Perpendicular from 2 levels of this property.

The kitchen, dining and lounge areas all open onto the top deck, which is perfect for outdoor dining and cooking on the Webber BBQ.

The main bedroom is also on the top level and opens onto the deck and has a walk- in robe and ensuite. You can even lie in bed & take in the view.

The 2nd, 3rd & 4th bedrooms are on the lower level and share the main bathroom and another living area with TV & DVD – a great area for the children to chill out in. The laundry is also on this level.

With 3 living areas, double garage, 2 undercover deck areas and an office, this house has everything necessary for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in Hyams.

A new addition to Footprints is the outside games room, with table tennis and a soccer ball table. Great to keep the kids entertained when back from the beach.
